At Atkinsons 1799, we strive for complete satisfaction with your fragrance purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our fragrance concierge via the online portal or email with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original, cellophane-wrapped packaging and secure them inside the original shipping box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided pre-paid shipping label to the exterior of your package, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
